Cheat Sheet
My friend Maureen passed this link to me (Thanks). This man has found some ways to get through to a real human person..
I have not tried these (yet), but I love the idea of having such a "cheat sheet". I hate those automated machines, when all I want and need is a real life human person to talk to. Machines are so cold and impersonal. They do not ask you how the weather is, or how you are.
